Canada Financial Group Inc. (CF) is a leading national financial services firm.   We are dedicated to supporting Advisors in an ever-changing marketplace through world-class training, development and marketing support. 

CF distributes insurance and investment products through a network of more than 500 independent financial advisors.  They have 4 corporate offices in B.C. and an office in Ontario.CF is licensed to market financial services products and services throughout Canada, excluding Quebec.

COMPANY BACKGROUND

The founder of CF Financial, Bharat Anand, has been a leader in the Financial Services sector for over 30 years.  Bharat has assembled a seasoned and ambitious leadership team in Giovanni Bitelli, Vice President & General Manager and German Villarreal, Manager of Operations.  The infrastructure of the organization also includes a talented and experienced management team with expertise in training, coaching, recruiting, finance and back office administration.  The entire team biographies and office locations can be viewed on this website.

The leadership team has brought a clear and concise strategic plan to the business model that has resulted in consistent substantial year over year growth.   

COMPANY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

CF provides a comprehensive suite of products including life insurance, accident and sickness insurance, critical illness, Long Term Care, banking and mortgage products, mutual funds, education savings plans, medical and travel insurance. 
CFalso provides a comprehensive suite of services utilizing over 500 independent advisors and strategic alliances.  Services include financial planning, tax and estate planning, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and risk management.  

CF has distribution contracts with all of the major Life and Mutual Fund companies in Canada.  The result is CF partners with the suppliers that do 95% of the business nationally. These suppliers include Canada Life, Manulife Financial, Sun Life Financial, BMO, RBC, Standard Life, Industrial Alliance Pacific, EquitableLife, Empire Life, Transamerica Life, Heritage Education Funds, Franklin Templeton, CI Funds, AGF, Fidelity Investments & Mackenzie.

COMPETITIVE EDGE

From inception in 2000, CF has set itself apart from its competitors by creating an infrastructure that has lent itself to recruiting and training new agents as well as offering services and compensation programs necessary to attract experienced advisors.

This strategy has paid off in a substantial way.  As the ageing 'boomer' advisor nears retirement, CF has developed a loyal group of younger advisors that are capable of purchasing existing  books of business from the retiring advisor. To achieve this, CF recruits and trains over 70 new advisors per year.

CF has also taken a leading position in marketing the newly released "Guaranteed Income" products manufactured by several insurance companies.

To support their advisor network, CF has sponsored a monthly Guaranteed Investment Seminar at a local resort hotel since January 2008. This strategy supports existing advisors, recruits new advisors, and educates potential clients and the general public about these innovative products.
